One Pound of Raw Sea Moss

Directions:

Take about 1 cup of raw Sea Moss and thoroughly wash off the salt and other debris in a colander or a large strainer.

Place in a large jar or bowl and cover with water an inch over the top of sea moss.

Soak for half a day until sea moss swells and expands.

Drain water and rinse off well again any remaining salt and debris.

Place in a blender with a 4-5 cups of water until it is totally smooth.

Pour into a clean wide-mouth container and keep refrigerated.
